As part of our after-sales service, we will help our customers work out a regular maintenance contract for their water coolers, instant boilers, water dispensers, and filtration systems. We do have specific maintenance programs—monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and half-yearly—and each program is customized to meet your needs after taking into consideration your usage patterns and infrastructure conditions.
We also offer comprehensive maintenance contracts. During the period of the comprehensive maintenance contract, the fee will include unlimited repairs and replacement of ALL parts as well as labour charges.
