Hi-Tech (AEM) Pte. Ltd. was founded in 1982. Today, we serve more than 7,500 corporate clients and individuals, and we are Singapore’s leading premier supplier for water coolers, instant boilers, and water dispensers. To serve our customers better, we are committed to providing quality integrated services: we supply, maintain, and repair all brands and ranges of water coolers, boilers, dispensers, and other related parts.

Customer-centricity is very critical to us. We strive to attend to all calls and requests promptly. Every day, we deploy a total of five service teams, consisting of a total of nine field technicians islandwide, to attend to customers’ needs. Our technicians are competent and experienced in carrying out troubleshooting, repairs, or servicing on any brand and make of water coolers, boilers, and water dispensers. We also keep an inventory of parts and other compatible spares in order to keep your machine’s downtime to a minimum.
